About me


Hi I'm Zuzana...

Being a keen ultra-marathon runner, having completed distances from 50km to 100 miles as well as a multi-day 125km race, I quickly realised the importance nutrition plays in optimal performance. 

My obsession with running led me to study nutrition and set up my sports nutrition coaching business On Track Nutritionist. I wanted to use my knowledge to help others reach their running potential.

I work with runners of all abilities, from complete beginners to seasoned ultra marathon runners. 

I have a particular interest in helping female runners optimise performance with the right nutrition so they can run further, faster and injury-free. 

Being able to help my clients achieve their goals is a pleasure and a privilege in equal measures.
